Where we ship
We ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Unusually large orders may take longer, and we’ll email you if so.
Shipping cost and delivery
Orders of $35 or more ship free. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you when it leaves.
Vials are packed individually to protect them in transit, and packages arrive in plain outer packaging.
Damaged or wrong items
If a vial arrives broken, leaking or with a damaged seal, or if we sent the wrong item, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Returns
Because this is a sterile product, we can only accept returns of unopened vials with intact seals, within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, email us and we’ll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
